I just got news that Somaya BOSS Reece is featured in a movie that is coming out this year. This movie “Go For It” she plays herself Somaya BOSS Reece and her song “Ohh Baby Baby” is featured in the movie. She is starring with Colby O’ Donis and will have speaking roles and gets to perform her music LIVE too. This is soo exciting!  I am attaching a little clip that Somaya posted on her site today! The clip shows SOMAYA!! I am so excited to see this movie, and hear her music in the film! Somaya has been in movies before, but to be featured as herself with her music and performing with another artist? AWESOME!
Somaya wrote on her site, “The climax of the film is based around my song. So this is extra exciting. This movie is so amazing, a story about an inner city youth with dreams with family and friends that kept shutting them down. Haven’t many of us gone through this?? I have! I have been that girl who had big dreams with no one to help me, while living in a garage in the hood and everyone around me would shut down my dreams. But I kept moving and HEY!! Here I am ”
